Computer Services Warranty
Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. is committed to serving our customers with the best warranty possible. With this in mind we offer a comprehensive warranty on all the products and services that we sell. Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. warrants the products it sells to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specific warranted period as stated below:

Service Under Warranty
Product warranties will begin on the date of the original purchase of a specific product from Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. Any product defect not originating from that of materials or workmanship will not be considered under warranty. Warranty work will not be covered if the product is not returned in original packaging and with Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. approval.
In the event the failure of a product purchased from Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. within its warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship, Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the original product with a new, refurbished or similar product. Customer is responsible for shipping product to Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. at their expense. Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC will ship the product back to the customer at no additional charge. Personal computers or workstations that are purchased from Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. with a pre-installed operating system will be restored with the operating system that was purchased. It will not include any additional software such as Microsoft Office. Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. is not responsible for the loss of any data due to hard drive or other media failure. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure their data is backed up and stored in a safe manner. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with a copy of the original invoice. In the event that a copy of the original invoice is not available, the warranty period will default to the original product’s date of manufacture.
This warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question and does not cover products which have been modified or which have been subjected to unusual physical stress. This limited warranty does not include service or repair for damage from improper installation, abuse or modifications to the product. Any service repair outside this limited warranty will be at the rates and terms of Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. or other authorized service provider.
Exclusions from the Limited Warranty Program
If products purchased from Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. are not in good working order as warranted above, Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. sole and exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement as stated above. In no event will Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. be liable to the customer or any third party for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the product. This limitation applies to damages of any kind including any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost savings or other special, incidental or consequential damages. Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. is not responsible for unauthorized repairs that result in damage to any products. Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC. will not be responsible for any acts of God (I.E. fire, flood, lightning damage, ETC…), misuse, abuse, virus and spyware damage or improper maintenance of products.
As a general procedure before installing any third party software on a desktop or notebook computer, ensure the software is compatible with the operating system (I.E. Windows 2000, Windows XP, etc.) installed on the desktop or notebook. Installing any incompatible software may cause damages to the operating system and render it unusable.
Warranty Procedures
No products can be returned to Mader Tschacher Peterson and
Co. LLC with out prior notification and a Return Material Authorization number
assigned by a Mader Tschacher Peterson and Co. LLC technician. If anything
